Design should project a first class image – Use compelling graphics and enthusiastic writings. Use high quality graphics. Don’t crowd the text or use cliches. You want a professional quality design.

Easy to understand – Stay away from technical chatter. Give your customer a brochure they can understand. It they wanted the technical information they would have asked for it.

Words sell – The customer knows they are reading a promotional brochure. How can your product or service make the customers lives better? Tell them, don’t be subtle, that is what they want to know. Eliminate the decision for them, yes they need your product or srevice.

Follow up with the customer – Your brochure probably will only open the way, not close the sale for you. It’s up to you to close the sale. Be sure to follow up with your contact within a week or so.
